This is an extremely sophisticated, precise, and automatically controlled sandblasting device for ALU and INOX pipes and profiles.

The automated line is designed for precision sandblasting of ALU and INOX profiles and pipes up to 100 mm in diameter.

Ceramic shots are used in the blasting process to achieve a refined matt appearance of the final product. The device capacity is 1200 pieces per day.

We have already installed such a device this year, and we can also install the same type of device, or a device customised to your needs, at your facility.
