Painting

Based on your requirements and needs, we can provide the most appropriate type of painting. We are specialised in the field of unique, demanding products, as well as serial production. We take care of all the necessary preparations for quality painting. Using modern technology, we ensure that there is practically no impact on the environment. By painting the products, these are not only protected against external impacts, but also have a better appearance, and thus a greater value and longer longevity.

Powder coating

Powder coating involves applying powder paint with a spray gun. The sprayed paint adheres to surfaces. In the furnace, the powder melts and evenly distributes all over the surface. The products are protected and look perfect. Powder coating is environmentally friendly. Containing no highly volatile materials, the powder coating produces no dangerous releases into the environment. Moreover, efficiency is up to 98%, since the unused paint not adhered to the surface is almost entirely reused.

The process

  • Surfaces are cleaned by blasting, and prepared with an appropriate roughness for further processing.
  • Powder coating.
  • Heating in a furnace.
  • Cooling of the product.
  • As soon as the product cools down, it is ready for use.

Powder coating advantages

  • Better resistance to scratches and shocks.
  • Better resistance to corrosion, heat, and chemicals.
  • The products are ready for use immediately after the painting process.
  • Powder coating prolongs the product longevity.
  • A perfect finish of powder coated products.
  • The painting technology allows for a thicker paint layer.
  • Product renovation is relatively cost efficient with powder coating.

Powder coating is suitable for:

  • Auto parts,
  • Aeronautical parts,
  • Machinery parts,
  • Aluminium and metal wheels,
  • Aluminium windows,
  • Stainless steel (inox) products,
  • Fences,
  • Bicycles,
  • Artworks,
  • Freight vehicles, forklifts, and excavators,
  • Medical equipment, etc.

Wet coating

The paint spraying method is used for wet coating, reaching even the most remote spots. Depending on the customer requirements, different RAL scale coatings can be applied, such as coatings resistant to impacts, heat, chemicals, or abrasion.

The process

  • Surface treatment (blasting, cleaning, degreasing...).
  • Protection of the parts that will not be coated.
  • Applying the paint.
  • Drying (optionally in a furnace).
  • Protecting the product for safe transportation.

When is the wet coating used?

  • For demanding products.
  • For smaller quantities of products.
  • To paint products that do not allow for a quality powder coating.
  • If a thinner paint layer is required.

Wet coating is suitable for:

  • Metallic products:
    • Where a thin layer of paint is required
    • Where the material does not tolerate temperature stress
    • Non-standard paints, low quantities
  • Products made of synthetic materials
  • Wooden products
  • Plastic products
