Powder coating

Powder coating involves applying powder paint with a spray gun. The sprayed paint adheres to surfaces. In the furnace, the powder melts and evenly distributes all over the surface. The products are protected and look perfect. Powder coating is environmentally friendly. Containing no highly volatile materials, the powder coating produces no dangerous releases into the environment. Moreover, efficiency is up to 98%, since the unused paint not adhered to the surface is almost entirely reused.

The process

  • Surfaces are cleaned by blasting, and prepared with an appropriate roughness for further processing.

The process

  • Protection of the parts that will not be coated.
  • Applying the paint.
